On the corner of West Princes Street and James Street. The tenement with shops on the ground floor was built in 1896 by Robert Wemyss. It is Categeory B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB34836. The shops are The Paint Shed, Scottia Barbers, The Ashton (bar) and Helensburgh Dental Practice.
