An unusual load for a general-purpose environmental waste tanker, with suction pumps. The designation 3Y 1202 is for diesel fuel. The owners, Ancorra, use these machines for dealing with interceptor waste, so I imagine this might be is a mixture of water and spilled fuel, or they may be involved in transferring fuel from one location to another. The vehicle is a Volvo FM chassis with a specialised tank and pump system called an "ADR RCV Ultra vac with wash down" supplied by RTN Clayton Valley on Barnsley. It can not only load itself, but clean itself after discharging.
