Recently-completed Hull City Council premises on Goulton Street. It extends the council's existing Boulevard Unit Factory Estate aimed at small business start-ups. It replaces a now-demolished council training centre and the adjoining former Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen (see Image).
