Built in 1833 to encourage the development of Beaumaris as a fashionable seaside resort: each house in the terrace is separately Grade-I listed by Cadw (example: 84735 https://cadwpublic api.azurewebsites.net/reports/listedbuilding/FullReport?lang=&id=84735 ) "as an outstanding and well-preserved late-Georgian terrace of national importance, and for its vital contribution to the historical integrity of Beaumaris sea front." Note the Gorsedd circle in the foreground.
