Took a while to find this one. It is on the side of the block of steps leading down to the bridge itself, shrouded by thick undergrowth and urban rubbish - not a pleasant place. The flush bracket is listed in the Benchmark Database: https://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm9759 .
