Innospec is a global chemical company, and its name is on the taller block to the left of the cooling tower. The address is Oil Sites Road, Ellesmere Port. I think much of the nearby refinery plant is decommissioned/demolished but this section appears to be still active. I am not convinced the cooling tower is active though. Seen from the Manchester Ship Canal.
