Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number 21/1128/FH for the “erection of a two storey, three-bedroom new semi-detached dwelling with associated gardens and parking; re-submission of 20/1587/FH”. The present house is to be demolished.
