Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number 22/1235/FH for a “proposed single storey rear extension and conversion of existing garage to residential”. The garage appeared to have been converted already; however the skip seemed to indicate that work was still ongoing.
