I stood about here in 1963 and watched a 'Terrier' tank being hand-coaled, ready for its next run to Hayling Island - Image 1963 was the year that the line closed, so the old yard has, inevitably, become a boring car park. Now, the only visible links between the two shots are the chimneys on the houses beyond.
