Viewed in September 2022. The What Pub website states "This pub is long-term closed. Closed late 2020 or early 2021 we think. The pub is on the market for £1m as of November 2021". Historic England records that the pub is on the site of the former White Ball Inn. The 18th century building is Grade II Listed.
