Follow small road to Trelissick Farm. Once over bridge pick up the footpath which passes between two properties on right. At the far end you will find this coffen-type stile. Coffen stile with three steps. Coffen stile – a stile built over a pit – like a granite cattle grid. Coffen is a Cornish word for a man-made hole in the ground. Public footpath 111/13/2 gold from Hayle to St Erth.
