These are being built by Elite Homes on the site of a demolished mill. Four, five and six bedroom homes for those with a love of seclusion and a deep pocket. The Six-bed houses start at £428,000. Conservatories come as standard - one would hope so at that price. The back gardens are rather small and abut the steep valley side.
