Built as a pair of cottages in the early 19th Century and later reconfigured as the lodge to Bodawen House. Cadw grade-II listed (4438 https://cadwpublic-api.azurewebsites.net/reports/listedbuilding/FullReport?lang=&id=4438 ). Note the horizontal sash windows in the upper floor with original pattern diamond panes.
