Replacing the Old Welsh Harp pub a few years ago, the block was completed, then scaffolding went up and started stripping the cladding off. No one seems to know the story but presumably they were discovered to have used the inflammable stuff and had to take it all off and start again, if so it was very lucky it happened before it was sold to unwitting victims.
