Gorsey Lane Bridge carries Gorsey Lane over the Leeds and Liverpool Canal adjacent to the, perhaps strangely named Cooksons Bridge public house. The original Gorsey Lane Bridge dates to 1775, but it's not known how much of the original structure survives. Inscription reads:- C. C.
