Brendon Avenue is a cul de sac leading off the North Circular Road and consisting of a couple of dozen houses mainly converted into flats which appear to change hands quite frequently http://www.houseprices.co.uk/brendon-avenue-brent-london-nw10/ . There are lots of satellite dishes!
