Cockle boat Endeavour - registered number LO41 - was built by Cole and Wiggins in Leigh-on-Sea in 1924. In May 1940 she was one of six boats from Leigh that took part in Operation Dynamo - the Dunkirk evacuations. https://www.hmsleigh.org.uk/endeavour
