The 4th of a terrace of similar-looking, early 19th century town houses which face out onto The Crescent. It too was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008067-lewis-house-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.Yv1ELXbMLIU in 1988.
