Rather like its immediate neighbours Image on the left and Image on its right, no 44 is an early 19th century town house in a Georgian style, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008097-no44-crescent-street-including-tunnel-passage-to-44a-penygloddfa-powys-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.Yv0_cXbMLIU in 1988.
