The central part of a terrace of 5 houses, built probably in the early 19th century to house weavers, as each has a weaving loft on the top floor. It was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008178-no3-union-street-penygloddfa-powys-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.Yu06PXbMLIU in 1988.
