The right-most of a terrace of attractive mid 18th century houses on the north side of Old Church Street. It was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300008150-11-old-church-street-powys-newtown-and-llanllwchaiarn#.YuuiPXbMI2w in 1988, and mention is made in the listing of timber-framed partition walls. Nos 10 and 11 appear to have been combined into a single, fairly large, house.
