Although there is a family resemblance to the Central Hill estate behind the camera, it does not appear on the estate plan. While it might seem to be just another block of flats, the truth is surprising: https://boroughphotos.org/lambeth/pear-tree-house-civil-defence-lunham-road-upper-norwood/ So the curtains at the windows, bikes on the balconies were merely camouflage?
