Town Houses at Icknield Port Loop

These new town houses are part of one of the first phases of the Icknield Port Loop regeneration which comprises a new 43-acre neighbourhood, including over 1000 homes, a community hub, commercial office spaces, a new leisure centre and a swimming pool. The site was previously very industrialised but mostly derelict. The spaces between these houses has been attractively laid out to a high standard.
