The banner marks one of the events surrounding the 'Race For Life' to be held on the Costello Playing Fields later in the day. I can only assume the wording refers to the commando-like skills needed to traverse the – no doubt very muddy – assault course involving the netting and ground sheet seen here. Any other interpretation would be rather pants, or not, as the case may be.
