A full-frontal of the next to last West Riding CC late 19C milestone on the original route, some of it now by-passed, from Keighley to the Lancashire border and onwards to Kirkby Lonsdale and Kendal. 23 out of the 37 original milestones remain but many need refurbishment. These milestones were amongst 615 erected by the family firm of Gill Stead and Son of Mirfield in a 12 month period.
