The one on the right is one of Parker Brother's standard designs from the late 1960s or early 1970s. The steel pole supporting the porch roof is a dead give-away, along with the huge, insulation-busting, windows. The one on the left, with the reconstituted stone and triple dormer is much later, around the turn of the Millennium - look at the absence of wide eaves on the dormer end. The gable end at the left hand side is the end of Image, the 17th century listed building next door.
