This is a grade II listed building, whose origins go back to the 17th century. See https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1317552 . Its most noticeable feature is the stone oriel window projecting over the pavement. The more eagle-eyed among you will have spotted a Victorian brick chimney directly above it. I suspect that flue is far from straight.
