Summer solstice was warm and almost cloudless in Cambridgeshire in 2022. The High Street is the usual Fenland mixture of old timber-framed houses, nineteenth-century brick and some more modern developments. The Grade II listing for the house on the left begins "Cottage, C18. Timber frame cased in painted brick with weatherboarded gable."
