The photograph on this page of A few year's worth of paint by Neil Owen as part of the Geograph project.
The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

The Chapelhay Tavern has had a few makeovers in the past; the last was in 2018 when the lettering was removed and the name simply painted. The passage of time has revealed a few coats.
