Located on Clarendon Road, on the crossroads in Southsea Town Centre. Sensors detect approaching pedestrians and bring illumination for when they cross. Perhaps an over-complicated solution which will prove quite expensive to maintain in the long term, but it would certainly provide an evocative vision for an arriving time traveller of fifty years ago.
