Built probably towards the end of the 16th century, or a bit later, but in the style of a 14th or 15th century tower house, by Alexander Innes, later passing into possession of the Earls and Duke of Fife, until 1910. It was last occupied in 1900. Listed Category A. Not open to the public but can be visited by appointment with the owner.
