County Offices on Newland, headquarters of Lincolnshire County Council. The sign displays the council's Waitrose-esque typestyle and colour scheme, and one of those aspirational-but-bland straplines which, under any scrutiny, usually prove so anodyne as to be meaningless, or even create the opposite impression to that intended.
