The coffee shop on the left is in a late 18th century building, with later dormer windows, which is Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB41341. The Greek family restaurant on the right with elaborate oval dormers dates from about 1861 and is also Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB41340.
