Pink granite drinking fountain erected to commemorate the Jubilee of the reign of Queen Victoria in 1887. It is Category C listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB41230. The Sheriff Court is behind. There should be a lamp standard on the top, but it seems to be missing.
