Looking along the path descending into Rocky Valley from the coast, the footbridge seen ahead is the most northerly (nearest the sea) over the fast flowing stream that has cut the valley. If one crosses this footbridge the lane once again heads northwards and continues as the coastal path. However you can alternatively continue southwards along the side of the valley towards Image] (the next footbridge at Image])
