Number 55b Church Street has a front range probably built in the late 18th century and a rear range built in the 19th century. Constructed of squared, coursed limestone under a Collyweston stone slate mansard roof. Listed, for group value, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1040062 Easton on the Hill is a village in the eastern tip of north Northamptonshire, some 2 miles southwest of Stamford. The village name means 'east farm/settlement' on the hill. Most working residents travel to Stamford or Peterborough.
