Originally the Coplawhill Tramway Works and Depot, built in 1894 and extended between 1899 and 1912. Converted to the Museum of Transport in 1964, the building became a performance and visual arts venue in 1998-2000 after the museum moved to the Kelvin Hall. It is Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33365.
