The former Great Eastern Railway main line from London to Cambridge, looking towards Sawbridgeworth station (about half a mile away) from the bridge carrying Sheering Mill Lane. This section of line was electrified in 1969; presumably, the slightly odd looking overhead line equipment masts (with their circular section columns) date from this time.
