Very early 18th century in origin, and Grade II* listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101222792-the-old-hall-withington#.Yny2XOjMI2w & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1222792 in 1952 as "an unaltered example of an early C18 house with high quality detailing" of the period, which includes internal features such as the staircase, panelled shutters and fireplaces. It served as the church vicarage for a while.
