A striking but dilapidated 1860s building with polychrome brickwork and which started out as offices, factory and luncheon rooms, with the corner building later housing a pub called the Gothic Inn, which closed around 2001 or 2002. Some buildings to the right appear to have been demolished, but it seems that the remaining building is destined to be converted into luxury flats.
