The rear of properties facing onto The Square, and here backing onto the north-western side of the churchyard. On the right is the lych-gate, through which Image was taken, and which has "inappropriate ... concrete roof tiles" (http://www.dartmoor-npa.gov.uk/chagford-caa.pdf ). The most prominent building in the photo is C19.
