Opened in 1938, one of the very small number of industrial buildings to have been awarded Listed Grade I status - see https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1278028 for fuller information. Although by the same architect - Sir Evan Owen Williams - as the neighbouring D10 building https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/7159225 and built just six years later, the style is very different.
