Beneath the 20mph sign it says 'Ingles'. That could confuse Spanish speaker who may feel excluded. The road leads to Ingle Avenue, Grove, Court, etc., so presumably the area is known locally as 'The Ingles'. On the corner is a GO Local convenience store, formerly Top Shop Image Two cyclists had paused for refreshment.
