This is Lower Loveday Street on the Newtown, northwestern, side of the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal, with a mixture of 19th century industrial buildings and very recent housing developments, mostly for students. Elite Architectural Ironmongery occupies an imposing Victorian industrial building.
