This is the south-eastern corner of Evesham's Market Place where the Red Lion is on the left and the Walker Hall on the right. The Red Lion looks as though it has been part of the townscape for centuries, but in fact although its first recorded use as a pub was in 1728, it closed in 1910 after which the premises were used as shops including a shoe shop and an electrical retaileer. It only reopened as a pub in 2014. The grade II* listed Walker Hall is 16th century in origin.
