Buongiorno Italia is an Italian delicatessen on Lattimore Road, St Albans. Nearby is the Cosa Nostra Italian restaurant, its sign visible on the pavement next to the two pedestrians. St Albans has a significant Italian community. The parents of the delicatessen owner came to the city from Italy in 1966; see (and hear) this interview at the Sopwell Memories site https://www.sopwellmemories.org.uk/why-i-like-living-in-tavistock-avenue-tony-piccuito/ .
