Part of the gigantic 58-bay facade of Tay Works jute mill, now converted to student flats. The mill is A-listed (LB25030: http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB25030 ). The inner ring road (the A991) now runs alongside. The A991 is almost 3 km in length: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A991_road .
