Parish Boundary Marker opposite the Lancaster House Hotel on the west side of the A6 just before the start of the Five Ashes Lane slip road. Inscribed Ashton / with / Stodday and (S)cotforth on adjacent faces. Ashton with Stodday parish was absorbed into Thurnham parish in 1980.
