Former hotel/pub at 22 Chequer Street, The Bell, which closed in 2007. An inn on the site was recorded in 1482 as the Blue Bell. Since 2020 the building has housed a Mediterranean restaurant, Megan's at the Old Bell, replacing the previous occupants, a Jamie's Italian which had occupied the premises from 2012 until closure in 2018.
