This mobile working platform is capable of being used on rail or road. It was beig driven down to the left to the point so that it could return up the nearer line to undertake work on the signals. This was during the operation to remove a temporary metal signal post along with the stump of a rotten wooden post. the following day a new wooden post was inserted in the hole left by the old post.
